自驾租车须知Notes for Self-driving Car Rental

一、承租人条件 Conditions of Renter
1、年龄21岁至60岁之间，身体健康，持有合格的《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证》，驾驶证上准驾车型与所租车型相符。
2、中国居民第二代身份证、社保卡。
3、外籍人士提供中国境内有效居留证及国际护照。
3、足够信用额度的有效国际国内信用卡。（信用卡持有人须为合同签订人，如单卡额度不足，可以多张担保）
4、现金租车除第1、2条要求外，需要提供户口本原件等相关资料。
5、单位租车：请致电我公司营业部门。
1. 21 years old to 60 years old, in good health, holding qualified driving license issued by China (PRC). The rented car should be in accordance with the Vehicle Type in the driving license.
2. With 2nd generation ID card of China （PRC）or Social Security Card.
3. Foreigners should provide valid passport and residence permit in China.
4. Valid credit card. ( Card holder should be the signer of leasing contract. If single card limit is not enough, the renter can use other cards.)
5. Please call us if organizations rental.

二、租期 Lease Term
1、时租：以小时计算，四小时起租，不满一小时按一小时计，超过租赁期限30分钟以上算超时。
2、日租：以24小时/日计算。
3、月租：以30天/月计算。
4、长期租赁：以年为计算单位。
1. Hour-rental: charged per hour, The rent time should be over 4 hours and will be counted as one hour if less. Exceeding over 30 minutes will be recognized overtime.
2. Day-rental: counted based on 24 hours.
3. Month-rental: counted based on 30 days.
4. Long-term rental: counted based on year.

三、合同约定：Contract
1、承租人需与出租方签订汽车租赁合同，留取相关证件的复印件，约定交还车时间、租金、车型、车号等合同内容并支付租金、押金。
Both renter and leaser should leave copies of relevant certifications and sign a leasing contract, in which both should fix a time for returning the car, rent, vehicle model and car number. Meanwhile renter should pay rent and deposit.

四、租金支付方式 Payment Methods
1、时租、日租为一次性先付清租金外，月租按每月一次于月初支付租金，长期租赁按每月一次支付租金。
2、收费标准：每台车租金的具体标准按当日挂牌的《深圳市中汽租赁有限公司租车价目表》执行。
3、会员凭卡租车享受特别优惠，具体办法见《中汽汽车会员俱乐部章程》。
4、租金不含维修费、燃油费、停车费、过桥、过路费、违章费等费用。
5、延迟付租收取滞纳金：每日按延期支付租金金额的百分之一加收滞纳金。
1. Hour-rental and day-rental should pay the rent at a time. Month-rental should pay the rent at the beginning of the month. Long-term rental should pay monthly.
2. Charge scale: please refer to ‘Car Leasing Price List ’
3. Members will be granted special offer by card, please refer to ‘Member club Regulation’.
4. Rent charge is not included the fee of maintenance and repair, gasoline, parking, toll charge and fine of breaking rules and regulations.
5. Overtime will be charged 1% surcharge based on the rent.

五、保证金 Security Deposit
1、承租人除需按时交纳租金外，还需交纳3000至50000元不等的风险保证金，保证金可以交纳现金或以信用卡预授权的形式交纳，如需支票支付的需经银行核实后方可。保证金金额以价目表上公示的金额为准，特殊情况下的金额按车辆概算成本的5%计算。保证金不计利息，不替代租金。
2、承租人交还车辆后，须暂留1000元作为违章抵押金，在一个月内查询电子警察无违章纪录后再予以返还或解除信用卡预授权冻结金额(一般30日内返还)。
1. Renter should pay RMB3000 to RMB5000 security deposit in cash or with a credit card, check can be accepted after verified by bank. Security deposit is referred to ‘Car Leasing Price List ’, and will be charged by 5% of cost of the vehicle in some special situations. The deposit is free of interest and will not take the place of rent.
2. After renter returns vehicle, RMB1000 will be left from deposit as the deposit of breaking rules and regulations, and will generally be returned to renter in 30 days if no records of breaking rules and regulations.

六、行驶里程和区域 Travel Mileage and Area
1、租车行驶里程限制：连租三天以上(含三天)不限公里；租二天以内(含二天)的，每天限行驶250公里，每超过一公里加收超公里费用，具体标准按《深圳市中汽租赁有限公司租车价目表》执行。
Travel mileage limit: no limit over 3 days rental, 250km limit each day for less two days rental (two days included), over distance fee will be charged, please refer to ‘Car Leasing Price List ’.

七、超时：Overtime
1、超出合同约定还车时间计算超时费，30分钟内不收费，超过30分钟每超一小时收一小时超时费；
Overtime fee will be charged if exceeding 30 minutes depended on the signed leasing contract. The fee will be charge by hours.

八、提前交车 Return Early
1、租赁期间，由于承租方的原因需要提前退车的，承租方应承担合同违约的赔偿金，支付标准为车辆未到期租金的30％。
If renter needs to return vehicle ahead of the time, renter has to pay 30% penalty based on undue rent for breach of the contract.

九、续租 Re-let
1、在承租人签署了特别授权条款后，承租人可以在时租车辆到期2小时前，日租车辆到期1天前，月租车辆到期3天前由特别授权代理人代为签订续租合同，并支付租金，逾期交纳需加收30%的滞纳金。
2、合同到期后客户要继续使用车辆可通过电话或邮件形式续租，续租期超过3天必须签订续租合同并补交合同租金。超过合同期3天以上未签订续租合同及未补交租金的按30%租金收取滞纳金。
1. Authorized agent of renter can sign the re-let contract, pay rent and penalty if occurred instead of renter before 2 hours of hour-rental, or 1 day of day-rental, or 3 days of month-rental, after renter signs special granting clause.
2. Customer can relet with email and on telephone, and have to sign relet contract and pay rent if exceed 3 days. Otherwise, renter has to pay penalty.

十、保险 Insurance
1、我司用于租赁的所有车辆均投保车身险、第三者责任险、司乘座位险、附加险，且保险期限包含了租赁合同全过程。
All of vehicles for rental in our company have insured motor hull insurance, the third party liability insurance, additional risk and seat insurance for all the time of rental contract.

配置司机服务 Driver Service
1、本公司配置的司机保证向承租人提供良好的驾车服务，注意行车安全，保持车辆的清洁，按时上下班。
2、本公司配置的司机每日工作时间为八小时，承租人须付本公司每天100元司机工资，在国家法定节假日内加班的，按国家相关规定收取1.5至3倍的工资，平时加班，按20元/小时支付。
3、承租人应注意合理安排司机工作时间，避免疲劳驾驶，连续行车超过4小时或500公里应适当安排驾驶员休息时间。承租人应保证驾驶员的合理用餐时间。
4、出车到外地的，承租人须安排司机的食宿费用。
5、承租人对本公司配置司机的工作上不满，可投诉到我公司或要求更换驾驶员，但应保证行车安全及必要的调整时间。
1. Our drivers will provide satisfied safe driving service on time and keep the vehicle clean and neat.
2. Our drivers work 8 hours each day. Renter pays salary RMB100 each day for each driver and 150% to 300% overtime salary in legal holidays, RMB20 per hour overtime salary in ordinary times according to relevant regulations of China.
3. Renter should arrange schedule reasonably, and avoid the driver fatigue driving. The driver should have a rest after 4 hours or 500Kms driving. Renter should guarantee reasonable dinning times of the driver.
4. The accommodation of driver will be on the renter if leave Shenzhen.
5. Renter can complain to us or ask for replacement of driver if the driver is not satisfied, but renter should assure safety of driving and necessary time for replacement.
